An enlightening session on “Digital Wellbeing: Ways and Means

" was conducted at Nursing Auditorium, TNMC & BYL Nair Hospital on 09/04/2025. This session was organised by the Department of Community Medicine in collaboration with Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Adnan Kadiani and Dr. Abhiram Kasbe were the key speakers. Dr. Rujuta Hadaye concluded the session by stating the importance of balance in our digital lives, especially in scenarios where healthcare workers and students are increasingly dependent on digital devices.
